More pics of this cretin I'm afraid...Joe has spent pretty much all of his short life so far surrounded by flowery business. As a tiny baby he would be strapped into the front of the van for 5am flower market trips in London. He would accompany me to weddings, getting breastfed during set ups. He would be there for post-wedding clears as a toddler. As he got older I would occasionally take him along to venues while we were setting up. For the last 5 months while school has been closed he's 'helped' me out on our weekly deliveries. Next week Joe goes back to school and this was his last delivery for a while ( I'm not sure his headmistress will approve his request to take one day a week off so he can carry on working....) Joe, you're unlikely to win employee of the month, and at times I should have issued a formal warning, but I'm sure as hell going to miss our little trips fella ♥️

What a fantastic story. Mine where the same, at work with me from babies at weeks old. Now they are much older and tonight in fact, I’ve found out they have an incredible work ethic. Proud mum here, as I’m sure you are too. Enjoy school Joe and mum 😉 x
What a superstar! 💐
I love the fact you call him s cretin, whilst I call mine spawn 😂😂😂 If you play your cards right could you not get the government bonus for having an apprentice? Sure school wouldn't really mind 😂
So word on the street is that the little people are heading back to school next week....I've had a few people getting in touch to ask if we can do some little gifts for the teachers as they missed out on their usual end-of-term haul, and yes we can! Lovely little bunches from £10 to show your appreciation. Get in touch if you'd like to order some. We can deliver to you or directly to the school.

Jen and James's gorgeous wedding in the ballroom @crossbasketcastle last year. The perfect venue for when you're allowed to have big old weddings with loads of guests again!

So pleased Cerian and James managed to go ahead with their wedding and reception yesterday in central London. Plenty that won't have been as lucky this weekend. Hard to do sometimes at the moment, but if you've been affected do remember that you will be getting married at some point and it will be awesome xxx

This is a nigella flower after her petals have fallen off. Her skeleton, the bare bones. I love them like this. A naked nigella! Clothes are so over rated.

While I've missed lots of things about 'normal' life the last few months, I'm lucky enough to have this at the bottom of my garden. Lockdown made me utilise it. In 7 years I'd swam 3 times in this loch. I now swim 2 - 3 times a week in it and I get to wear a daft orange hat ( a bit like an oompa loompa). I'm not sure I'll ever be dipping my toe in a chlorinated pool again.

The first thing I do these days when I visit our wholesaler @fleura_metz_glasgow is head to the 'scottish grown' section. That's where I picked up these gorgeous nigella. I've been trying to grow nigella - mine don't look like that, enough said. Along with Scottish grown hellebore, sedum, agapanthus...in fact, the only imported flower in this bouquet is the roses. The paper, raffia and cellowrap can be composted. The bag can be reused or recycled. Sustainable rocks!
