We love weddings at Vanilla Rose! Whether you are looking for beautiful traditional wedding flowers, stylish contemporary  flowers, or striking exotic  designs for your wedding, our friendly team will work closely with you to make your dreams a reality and this is how we do it:

Firstly, we know how time consuming organising a wedding can be, so we make sure consultations are as convenient as possible for you. These can be at the venue, at your home, in the evenings, at weekends….. we’re really not fussy!

Following the initial free consultation ,where we will discuss your ideas and themes and the options available to you, we will send you a detailed quote including all set-up and delivery costs. We appreciate how important budgets are and we are always happy to suggest alternatives to ensure you keep to yours.

We have an extensive portfolio and have decorated some of the most prestigious venues in and around London. If we haven’t decorated your particular venue before, we will visit to ensure we are giving you the best advice possible on your flower choices.

In addition to providing you with beautiful wedding flowers, we have a huge range of vases, mirror plates, fairy lights, bay trees, votives etc for hire.

On the day, we will deliver your bouquets in water to keep them fresh and looking their best.

From your initial consultation through to the big day itself, we will be working closely with you to ensure your complete satisfaction. After your initial wedding consultation you will be provided with a detailed quote including all hire charges, delivery and set-up costs.We appreciate how important budgets are when planning your wedding and are always happy to discuss alternative options if necessary. We can advise you on seasonal flowers and how you can achieve the wedding flowers of your dreams on a realistic budget.
